TERMS OF SERVICE

USE OF COMMISSIONED ART-Personal use only.
-You may use it as a social media icon, wallpaper, etc, as long as I am properly credited.
-You are not allowed to edit, trace over my art or remove my watermark. This includes the use of AI.
-Disrespecting any of the above conditions will result in you being blacklisted.COMMISSION PROCESS(1) Fill the commission form with all of the requested information. Alternatively, message me directly through social media.(2) I will contact you through email or social media to discuss what type of commission best suits your vision, as well as payment methods and plans.(3) I will send you an invoice.(4) Once the sketch is finished, I will send it to you for approval.(5) You will get updates on your commission after the completion of each phase or significant modification.(6) Upon completion, I will email you a watermarked or otherwise signed version of the piece.PAYMENT-Payment in USD through paypal only.
-Payment in BRL through Pix or bank transfer.
-Option 1: 100% of the price upfront.
-Option 2: 50% of the price upfront, and 50% once the sketch phase is finished.REFUNDS- Full refunds are impossible after I have progressed past the sketch phase.
- Refund will be proportional to the the stage of the commissioned art.
-If I, for any reason, am not able to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.DEADLINES-Wait time depends on the complexity of your commission.
-Maximum deadline of 3 months.
-If I fail to complete your commission within the time frame above, you are in the right to ask for a full refund.ARTIST'S RIGHTS-I am in the right to decline your commission request and not provide an explanation as to why I may have made that decision.
-I am in the right to post your commission to social media and use it to promote myself.CLIENT'S RIGHTS-You are in the right to request updates and progress pictures at any time. However, you must be respectful and reasonable.ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS-Please ensure that you have the proper financial conditions to request a commission. As stated, refunds only occur in exceptional cases.
-Commissioning me means you agree to my terms of service. Therefore, failure to comply or attempts at bypassing any of the rules set above will result in you being blacklisted.

PRICES

OBSERVATIONS-All prices listed below are starting prices.-Price is proportionate to the overall complexity of the piece.-Additional characters increase the price of the commission by 75%-100%, depending on the complexity of their design.MODIFICATIONS- Major modifications require setbacks, and more time and effort is spent on the piece. The client was the right to one free major modification. Beyond that, I require to be paid. Major modifications include changes in the pose of the characters, background elements and composition once I have moved beyond the sketch phase.

FLAT COLORSClient can request a flat or a simple background, which includes patterns, flat colors, gradients and VFX.

CHARACTER RENDERClient can request a flat or a simple background, which includes patterns, flat colors, gradients and VFX. Price will vary depending on the complexity of the comission and addition of props, such as weapons or other objects.
